Registration Fee Includes
Participation in scientific sessions, lunch and coffee breaks, invitation to the Welcome Reception, and all printed meeting material.
Payment
Payment of the registration fee can be made through the registration website by credit card, or by bank transfer to the Secretariat. All bank transfer fees are paid by the registrant.
Cancellation Policy
- Postmarked before March 8, 2027 – 100% refund (minus $50 handling fee)
- Postmarked from March 9, 2027 – 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations sent after May 31, 2027
Liability
The Summit Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents and/or loss of or damage to private property of participants, during or arising from the Summit. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance.
